Everything you're wondering before your custom barrel.

Can we help select the barrel?

Yes. We will provide you with barrel samples to find the flavor profile that best represents their organization. We learn your palate and desired flavor profile to help you select a barrel.

Can we design our own label?

Absolutely. You can provide finished artwork or work with our design team to create a completely custom label.

‍What bottle decorating options do you offer?

Wax dipping (no red or dripping wax), bottle tubes, boxes, bags, hang tags, NFC pick stickers, NFC corks, ultraviolet ink, and much more.

How many bottles come from one barrel?

Because each barrel is unique, bottle counts vary by barrel age, size and proof, but most single barrels yield approximately 150 to 250 bottles.

‍ What will the proof be?

It can be bottled at any proof you desire. If you choose not to bottle at cask strength, our team will advise on the proof points that give you the most flavor.

‍ Will the whiskey be chill filtered?

No. We opt to non-chill filter (NCF) to retain the original fatty acid esters from the barrel, preserving the palate and providing an unadulterated drinking experience.
